Latest firmware stopped solar charging C410 and version 1.0.24

Since I updated the camera to the latest version of the firmware, it has stopped charging via solar all together...
It just does not charge. Looking at the power charge chart, it's capped at 0.8W per day. Before the update the camera was working perfectly in conjunction with the solar panel.
Don't understand why this latest version is preventing the C410 from charging from solar.

Just checked with the tech team, the battery usage also affects the solar energy output data. As your camera has been running frequently lately, this could be the reason why the solar input data is showing lower values.
Can you try turning the camera to privacy mode for a day or half? Monitor how the solar data changes in this case, when the camera is not in use.
Additionally, please check if the solar panel is damaged or dirty, and clean the panel if necessary.

How's the sunlight lately? Has the solar panel been moved?
To assist with this case, a specialist will help to follow it up through email. Please check your inbox later to confirm. If the email you used to register for the TP-Link community is not your contact email or you cannot access it, please send me your contact email through private message.

@Wayne-TP Nothing has changed in the setup, this week has been clear skies 26º average per day.
The only actual change was updating the firmware to the latest version.

@FilipeNeto I have same issue, from a day to another it just stopped charging. Is there any known solution to this ? I tried my C410 to be charged with another solar panel and that is working as I have multiple ones. Charging from the cable works as well but not with his own Panel. Did you manage to solve this issue ?

@Garfildu I gave up going back and forth with support. It was taking too long. I just purchased a different solar panel from TP Link, beware of the connector port, I got one that wasn't USB C, so I had to also get and adapter. But it charges faster, it's a bit bigger, and is functioning right for the past two months... The other is "trash" and place on my kids play house, it produces no current whatsoever...

@FilipeNeto Thank you for the reply. Well I might check for a new one as well as it doesn't seem to cost a lot.
