Hello to everyone,
I need help in order to understand how this device works and its capabilities/possibilities.
Can I set simultaneously both Local and Cloud Storage, but with two different mode? I would like set in continuous mode for local storage (on SD Card), but at the same time also motion tracking mode for Cloud Storage mode; have the same scenes in both records, but in cloud storage only the essential ones.

Hi, 
You can store Tapo C520WS's video recordings on the cloud server and the inserted SD card simultaneously. 
  1. If the camera enjoys a Tapo Care plan, only the detection video clips will be stored on our cloud server. The cloud server can't store continuous video recordings.


  2. If you have inserted an SD card into the Tapo C520WS, you need to configure the Storage settings to decide whether to record detection video recordings or continuous video recordings.
How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
