So I had a tapo camera for which I got the 1 year basic subscription but now I bought another camera and linked it to the same account and I was trying to buy another subscription for the new camera but the app is saying that only one subscription is allowed for one profile. Now I am unable to add subscription for the second camera, please help me with the solution. Both camera is for the same house so why I can't add another subscription?

You can refer to Q2 in the following instructions to subscribe to a new Tapo Care plan for your new camera. Please note that through the In-App Purchase option, you can only subscribe to one Tapo Care plan. If you wish to add more plans, kindly proceed to create subscriptions on our website(https://tapo.tplinkcloud.com/tapo_web/).
