I have a holiday home with 2 cameras. If I had a camera or 2 at my home does tapo Care cover both sites as they are on different networks.

Hi,
Even if the Tapo cameras are in different locations and connected to different Wi-Fi networks, if they are bound to the same TP-Link account, it's able to add these cameras to the same Tapo Care plan subscribed by the TP-Link account.
Note: please ensure that the Tapo Care plan you subscribe to supports adding this number of cameras. For example, if you subscribe to the Tapo Care Premium plan for 3 cameras, you cannot add 4 cameras to this Tapo Care plan.
