Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
  1. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
 

  2. On the camera's Device Setting > Detection page, please check what detection types are enabled, what sensitivity values of the enabled detection types, and if the detection zone is full screen.

 

  3. How often does the false detection issue occur?

2. See image. Sensitivity 10 on all but motion which is set to 2.

Hi,
A new firmware has been pushed to your camera, please update it via the Tapo app and check if it helps.
