M4 Satellite flashing Red after every 15-20 mins disconnecting

My M4 satellite is flashing red and losing connection every 10-20mins.
Steps I have tried:
- Power cycled both main and satellite
- Reset both main and satellite
- Kept both main and satellite NEXT to each other to test whether there are interference issues.
The connections were working fine, (purchased this duo-pack almost 3 years ago), I live in a concrete duplex home, and all this time my main was on the top floor while my satellite was at the bottom, because my ONU device was on the top floor originally.
So yesterday, I finally shifted my ONU device to the bottom floor, to keep my MAIN there and I moved my satellite to the top floor, and this issue started and the wifi internet SPEED on the satellite is VERY poor.
Would really like some advice, I do not wish to spend so much money on purchasing another device.

We have a 30mbps net connection, that is not required. I don't think you are understanding my issue. Anyways, thank you for trying, I will wait on someone from tp link for assistance.

@JunkieXL411 What's your Deco M4 hardware version and firmware is updated or not? And u can also try Deco M4 in AP Mode.

@JunkieXL411 First i think u should try to put satellite deco beside the main deco to check if the issue still persists and also try ethernet backhaul.

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.
As you have now added TL-WR841N after the ISP ONU, it is suggested to disable the WiFi of 841N and set the main Deco M4 into "Access Point" mode to avoid the double NAT issues. If there are several network devices that require Ethernet connections, it is also recommended to connect them directly to the 841N.
I've also left a message with the latest debug firmware for Deco M4_V4, and you can test whether this firmware helps.
If the issue continues, I don't have any other suggestions either. It is suggested to contact the shop retailer or local support team to check whether your Deco is still under warranty.
Thanks a lot.
Best regards.

Hi, thanks for your further sharing and testing.
What is the model fo your ONU device?
The problem seem so weird. Is it possible to relocate your ONU device on original place of the top floor and recover your original connection to confirm again?
And we will take further analysis at the same time.
Looking forward to your feedback and best regards.

My isp replaced the ONU 3 times. So obviously it's not an ISP issue. Cannot replace back to original position to top floor anymore since the fiber line has been brought downstairs.
And the reason for the change to downstairs was because I did not know that the ideal position of a DECO MAIN router would be on the 1st floor, followed by it's sattelite on the 2nd floor and so on and so on.
Because of this, orginally I had my deco M4 MAIN flipped upside down on the 2nd floor, so the satellite would get signal downstairs. Hence I did the entire relocation of the ONU.
as per @David-TP I have now downgraded my firmware to the one he messaged me and I completely refreshed the network again.
So currently testing with bandwidth load to see if the M4 gets disconnected.
If it doesnt, then it means the latest firmware for the US M4 v4 that is on the website has a bug.
Again I'm using PPPOE for my net connection.
So will keep you guys posted.

The beta firmware seemed to be working for 24 hours.
Then I let my chaufer use our network to connect, the moment he connected with his phone and started a video on youtube to test, it immediately knocked out the net again. Deco became yellow and I saw the LAN light on the ONU go out. It came back after few mins.
And the started happening again and again.
So today I re-connected my WR-841N as primary, LAN-ed to Deco M4 as a AP and started another testing.
It already went out twice within the last few hours.
We connected both my phone and my chaufer's phone again to the network (created a guest network on deco for him) and checked and both our devices were streaming the same youtube video fine. So godknows what is going on with the Deco units.

So latest update is, the MAIN DECO router resets and loses ethernet connection whenever a huge INSTANT data pull occurs.
For e.g large file downloads that uses 100% internet bandwidth by a SINGLE device. HD video streaming from youtube via any mobile phone. App download from the app store via mobile.
Because of this the satellite deco loses connection instantly and takes almost 10 min to re-establish connection.
Also I am seeing a wan error (see attached):
- ONU to WL-841N is using CAT 7 cable
- WL-841N to M4 Deco (AP method) is using CAT 7 cable
My current internet speed is 60mbps.
