AX6000 V2 - latest firmware from cloud services - broken router connection of clients

Dear TP-Link
It looks like the lastest firmware of 1.2.1 Build 20250221 rel.13966 (4555) has broken the router
The router can connect to the internet ok, speedtest/ ping etc from the router interface works fine.
Any clients connected (wired or wireless) to the router, cannot connect to the internet.
Can you please fix the firmware and send me a link to a version I can upgrade my router with to make it work again.
Thanks
Shap

@ShapSMF How do I upload the previous working firmware? I tried 2 methods. Upload via a computer from the router configuration page and in safe mode by pressing WPS or Reset on the router. None of the methods work.
@mgvelm ShapSMF is correct. There are significant modifications in the new 1.2.1 version, so it's not allowed to downgrade to previous versions. You may check more details about the advanced Parental Control enhancements in this thread.
Could you please help provide more details about the issue you're experiencing when the Antivirus is ON on the AX6000 as per this thread? We appreciate your cooperation.

Hello @ShapSMF @KubaAdamus @mgvelm @Jurkee
Thank you all for your feedback regarding the internet issue with Antivirus enabled on the AX6000 V2 after upgrading its firmware to the latest official version 1.2.1. We regret to hear that and are working actively to identify the issue as quickly as possible.
Our development team has provided an open public beta firmware to help locate and resolve the issue, and I've updated it in the following thread. Please install the beta firmware on your AX6000 and enable the Antivirus to check if it fixes the issue:
Devices Fail to Access the Internet After Updating Archer AX6000 V2 Firmware to 1.2.1
If the internet still doesn't work properly after installing the above beta firmware, please check if QoS is enabled on the AX6000 V2 but without a specific bandwidth configuration. Ensure the bandwidth is set correctly as per your requirements, or disable QoS to see if that resolves the issue.
If the problem persists, please post a screenshot of your QoS settings on the AX6000 for further investigation.
Once again, we appreciate all of your feedback and cooperation.

Hallo Kevin_Z!
After updating to the beta version, the router works as expected. Although there was no internet connection after the update, turning on antivirus components it was restored after another reboot. Thank you very much for your help and I look forward to the finalization of this beta firmware.
Best regards: George

@Kevin_Z Now that we know the Beta version of the firmware works, when will it be internally tested and set for an official release?
