will the latest Deco units have the ability for the user to select a sutable wif chanel? if not will need to go back to the likes of neatgear for a better wifi experience.

Deco XE75 Pro doesn't support changing wireless channels for the time being.
But the following beta firmware allows Deco units in the same Mesh network to use non-overlapping 2.4GHz channels to reduce internal wireless interference:
