Hi,

I have several instances of past mobiles that have been connected to my account, l think probably because they became trusted devices. Is there a way to delete as l can't find one.

Hi,
1. If you have enabled the 2FA feature on the Tapo app, please go to the Me > View Account > Login Security >Trusted Devices page, then tap the ‘X’ on the side of the device you would like to remove to delete it. Once a device is removed/deleted from the Trusted Devices list, that device will be forced to log out, and will need a verification code next time to log into the Tapo app.

2. If you have disabled the 2FA feature on the Tapo app but there are several phones logged in to the Tapo app with your TP-Link account, you can change the password of your TP-Link account, and the phones without the new password will be forced to log out.
What can I do if I forget my password for the cloud account?

Best Regards
