I basically don't have a smartphone - I do, but it won't run anything. It makes calls, sends text, has a compass and a flashlight app, and that's about it

I want to be able to configure and monitor the C210 exclusively with Windows 10, no android app needed

I have two Windows 10 android emulators installed, but the Tapo app won't install the camera on them - I don't know why. The emulator app won't see the C210 WiFi device

Other than that, it's the camera being returned within the 14 day window....
