Not able to connect my Tapo camera with Hub
The Tapo Hub compatibility list shows that I can connect my Tapo C530WS cameras to the hub, but when I try to connect, it says “not supported by firmware.” I have already updated my hub and the camera, both.
Please help—what should I do?

The hub storage and WiFi backup feature is available for Tapo C530WS V2 since firmware 1.1.2 Build 250515. How to connect Tapo Wi-Fi Cameras/doorbells with Tapo Hub
For accurate information on device's latest updates and modifications, please follow its new firmware release. On the TP-Link official website, there is a 'firmware release note' section on the product's support page. Download for Tapo C530WS V2
According to the latest firmware of the Tapo C530WS v2, this model does not yet support this feature.

Hi, I have the same Problem: On the compatibility-List of the Hub H500, there is also the C530WS. I bought this combination because it is on the List. So please change the settings asap on the Hub and/or the Camera. kind regards

Is there already a solution for this.
it is so misleading to sell the TP-Link Tapo C530WS + H500 Smart HomeBase in a set.
But i don't think there is a option to connect them together.
