Hi,
If you can't Pan the Tapo camera, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. On the Tapo app > Camera's Live View > Pan & Tilt page, if you can't pan the camera, can you tilt the camera up and down?
2. Please try to manually pan & tilt the camera with your hand and see if it responds. If not, check for anything obstructing the camera's movement.
3. You can go to the camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button to reset the camera to default, then check if it can Pan or Tilt.
4. When did you buy the camera, and when did the issue start to happen?
