Outdoor Camera not recording at night
The camera records fine during the day but between 10.00 and 6.00 nothing is being recorded

Hi,
The problem may be related to your camera settings. Please confirm the following information.
1. What are the model number, hardware, and firmware version of your camera?
2. Please go to the Tapo app > Smart tab to check if there are entries to turn on the privacy mode at night. When the privacy mode is on, the camera won't record anything. You can also go to the camera's live view page to check if the privacy mode is on after 10:00 PM.
3. If the video recordings are stored on the inserted SD card, please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule page and send me a picture of it.
