Ich habe erwartet, dass die Kameras bei Bewegungserkennung im QVR Pro automatisch aufzeichnen, aber das funktioniert nicht. Die Kamera ist als ONVIF Profile S + T eingerichtet, und ein Live-Stream wird problemlos angezeigt. Allerdings wird bei einer Bewegungserkennung, die auf dem Handy gemeldet wird, im QVR Pro keine Aufzeichnung gestartet bzw. auch nicht gemeldet – das Programm erhält offenbar kein entsprechendes Signal. Die kontinuierliche Aufzeichnung hingegen funktioniert einwandfrei.

The Tapo C520WS V1 and V2 have introduced optimizations for ONVIF compatibility starting from the firmware version listed below, addressing issues such as the camera's motion detection not functioning correctly on an ONVIF platform. If you continue to experience difficulties using the camera on an RTSP/ONVIF-supported platform or device, please reach out to the third-party support team to confirm compatibility on their side.

  • Tapo C520WS V1 -- Firmware: 1.3.2 Build 250228 Rel.53151n
  • Tapo C520WS V2 -- Firmware: 1.1.1 Build 250515 Rel.77148n

Tapo C520WS supports ONVIF profile S only. Try to adjust the profile type and see if that help. 

 

What type of detection did you enable on the camera? Try to enable the motion detection only and monitor the recording on the NAS.

Many thanks. It really seems to be related to the ONVIF profile. I switched it to Profile S and enabled only motion detection in the Tapo app, but even with these settings, it does not produce any results in QVR.
