Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.2.2

Hello,

I received on 1 of my 3 C200 cameras the latest firmware 1.2.2 for version V5.
As I read on release notes:

"Added support for saving recordings to Tapo Hub on the same local network through Device Settings -> Storage & Recording -> Local storage -> Storage Location."

What Tapo Hub model is now supported? I tried to find my Tapo H200 with SD card but seems not supported.

Thanks

What's the firmware version of your Tapo H200 hub? Make sure it is updated as well.

To use this feature, the camera and the hub should be on the same network (subnet). Pay attention to the network settings like network/AP isolation, for example, if the hub is wired to the router while the camera is on an isolated (guest) WiFi, they won't find each other.

If you're using an iPhone, make sure the Local Network permission is enabled for the Tapo app. Try using another phone or tablet to see if that helps.
