Model: Deco BE65
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.6 Build 20250220 Rel. 28737

Hello,
I have the following config at home:
- main BE65V2 (living room) ; - satellites : 1. main bedroom BE65V2 ; 2. garden XC50 Outdoor

They are all connected through the Ethernet network at home (switches, poe switches, ...). They are all up to date regarding the firmware.

We are experiencing disconnections many times a day, sometimes many times within the same hour. I setup a full restart at 3:00 am.

What could cause these disconnections ?

Thank you for your help on this matter

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

I think the instability of the Ethernet Backhaul is closely related to the Ethernet structures.

Can you make a simple network layout of your Ethernet networks, such as:

Internet---main BE65----switch#1----satellite BE65---PoE switch---Deco X50-outdoor

- Can I have the model number of these switches?

"We are experiencing disconnections many times a day, sometimes many times within the same hour."

- Would both satellite units turn flashing red?

- If we leave the satellite BE65(main bedroom) connected by WiFi(disconnect the cable), will you have a stable indoor connection?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.

My current network configuration is :

internet box
|---> BE65 (main)
|---> Netgear GS308EPP ---> XC50 Outdoor
|---> TP Link TL-SG108 ---> BE65 (satellite)

It's been suggested to have all BE65 & XC50 on the same switch, as following
internet box
|---> Netgear GS308EPP
        |---> BE65 (main)
        |---> XC50 Outdoor
        |---> BE65 (satellite)

... to get that, I need to partially rewire my place.

I will let you know how it is behaving once getting to that configuration.

Thank you for your help. Best regards, Jovan
