TP Link, C200, V.2: This device can only be controlled locally.
Hi
A few months ago my began camera displaying this error: "This device can only be controlled locally".
As recommended I have:
Changed my router's DNS settings to Google's public DNS servers (8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4).
I have reinstalled the app on my android phone.
I have tested it with an iPhone.
I have both upgraded (to 1.3.9), and downgraded (to 1.1.14) my firmware.
I have connected to the ISP router, bypassing access points around the house.
I have reset the camera, multiple times.
However, none of this has worked.
I have attached the diagnose_log file.
Can you provide a solution for my issue, please?
Thanks in advance,
Anthony

Hi,
You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control it remotely.
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number of your router? Is the camera directly connected to the router's Wi-Fi?
2. Do you have internet when connecting to the router? Please confirm if the router has any special settings, such as Firewall rules, access control, or VLAN settings. If so, disable or remove them for a try.
3. Send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
4. When did you buy the camera? Could it have been managed remotely before?
Best Regards

@AntH808 I have also followed the Action Plan using a hot-spot.
No change.
