Hi I recently changed my email address & to update my DECO account was directed to set up a new ID. This has been done & all now working again. However, I had a subscritpion to Security+ linked to my old ID. How can I get this transferred to my new ID as it still has about 9 month to run?

Hi, welcome to the community.

HomeShield Subscription doesn't support changing the email ID directly. I'm afraid you might need to cancel the subscription on the old ID and subscribe to the service again via the new ID.
