C410 KIT not seeing or working with Tapo Hub H200
Ok after reading here I thought H200 was now compatible with my C410 camera and so bought the H200 hub and a door bell to have a whole home system but now trying to set it up seem I cannot find or add my C410 cameras.
Both C410 kit i have are hardware v1
And same firmware version of 1.0.24 build 250314 rel.64184n
The hub H200 has hardware v1 firmware 1.5.1 build 20250228 rel. 27505
Really wondering if there something I'm not doing or understanding or what not.
Also they are on the same network / same wifi pod (H200 plugged in the pod and both camera on this pod via wifi)

Please note that the camera needs to be configured first with the router before setting up the device features, like storing video to hub or WiFi backup. How to connect Tapo Wi-Fi Cameras/doorbells with Tapo Hub
If you're using an iPhone, make sure the Local Network permission is enabled for the Tapo app.
What's the version of your Tapo app? What error did you receive?

after trying everything you said and that i've read. I've abandonned the project and just let the hub plugged and after a week for some reason both camera see's the Hub for saving .. but if i check over the hub in the app .. there is nothing showing that the 2 camera's are detected..
Anyhow.. i hope the ring bell that will soon arrive will see and work well with the tapo app and hub pairing.
Probably an issue due to the fact that the hub H200 was originaly not design to find C410 camera's and that these camera got a firmware update. maybe with time you will fix this so the firmware and h200 in the app default find the product model of C410 camera and not just show C420 or C420S2...
All in all i'll hope i get no issue over time.

I've configured the camera 1st since they were already installed. Installed the tapo hub yesterday following app and guidelines.
App is 3.11.114 on android using a samsing S25 ultra.
In app hub has no choice to add already owned device and give me please add device now and only has tapo c420s2 or c420 for camera choice.
Hub has ethernet and wifi connected and wont see the camera and camera wont see the hub for storage.
Followed all the how to's and nothing end up working so the camera be seeing the hub for storage.
Like said previously .. network is looking like this
ISP MODEM/ROUTER 192.X.X.XXX
Network switch 2.5g -->Ethernet to Wifi POD ->h200 ethernet and wifi from wifi pod
->2x tapo c410 kit being connected in 2.4ghz from wifi pods (pod is setup for 2.4ghz only)
Ips are all 192.x.x.xxx
All the mac are on the wifi pod for h200 and c410's
I mean it's not an internet issue since I see them all but the H200 seems not to recognize the C410 hardware v1 firmware 1.0.24 camera's and so are the camera not seeing the hub H200 hardware v1 firmware 1.5.1.
In app all mac and ip match what is logged in the wifi pod/router app.

Double-check where the hub is wired to, it could be the problem if it is wired to the network switch or the main router.
Does the modem router broadcast wifi? Make sure your phone is on the same wifi as the camera.
Just to clarify, are you unable to find the camera/hub through both paths, whether from the camera or hub setting page?
- Camera: Device Settings > Storage & Recording> Local Storage >Storage Location.
- Hub: Device page, Connected Devices > add a new device -- choose from Existing Devices.
