Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.8 Build 20191102 Rel. 58333

I just installed two M4 mesh units, whenever I connected to the deco network on my macbook it kept saying wpa is not secured but I see no way for me to change the security even though my app is up-to-date and so are my firmware according to the app.

  @Kkai

Hi, it might have something to do with your current firmware. 1.1.8 Build 20191102 Rel. 58333 is an ISP-customized version that hasn't added the option to edit wireless security settings.

Is your ISP PLDT-PH?

It is suggested to contact your internet service provider directly to ask for a firmware upgrade.

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

  @Kkai Go to WiFi Settings and then Go to Advanced and there you can see security settings and change the security to WPA2 (AES)

Please & Thank You !! ❤️
