Free trial disappear

I started my 30 days free trial but suddenly i found that i have no subscription and need to subscribe so why my free trial has been stopped?

2. When did you start the 30-day free trial？
3. How do you judge that you have no subscription? Please send me a screenshot of the Tapo app > Me > Tapo Care page.
