DECO Mersh AP activation failed after updating the master device to version 1.2.0 Build 20250306
Hi everyone.
I appreciate the support with the following scenario
Problem: Mersh AP activation failed after updating the master device to version 1.2.0 Build 20250306 Rel. 40376.
Background: I have had a mesh service for 5 years. I updated the X10 device, which I had been waiting to update for several months. It is in master router mode, and the slave APs have stopped registering. Only one is working, connected to an auxiliary port via a wired UTP cable. However, the other devices connected wirelessly have stopped working
.
Objective: To enable the other mesh APs wirelessly.
Actions Taken
===========
1) Review of electrical connections: Reviewed, but no failure was found, and the error persists in registering the other APs.
2) Move the slave AP closer to the master: Reviewed, but the error persists.
3) Reset the configuration of the affected AP: After checking, it was able to register for a few minutes, but the error persists.
4) Reset the configuration of the affected AP connected via UTP cable to the auxiliary port: After checking, it was able to register and offer service, but the error persists, where the AP remains in the red state and then shuts down, never registering on the mesh network.
