Meine Frau und ich haben beide die Tapo App installiert. Leider kann der zweite Benutzer die Kamera nicht ein- oder ausschalten bzw keine Anwesenheit oder Abwesenheit einstellen. Wenn ich auf Dienstreise bin, kann meine Frau die Kamera nicht aktivieren. Wie kann ich dem zweiten User alle Berechtigung geben?

Hi,
If you share the camera with your wife's TP-Link account, the shared account has limited permissions to the camera.
How to share my Tapo Smart Devices with my family?
 

If you want your wife to have the same permissions as you, you can share your TP-Link account with your wife. After she logs into the Tapo app with your account, she will have full permissions to the camera.
