Me and my partner want full access to each device we have. Can we both add these as new devices in the app. We have shared but then you don't get full access to all the settings, so hoping we can both just add as new devices.

Hi,
A Tapo device can only be bound to a TP-Link account at a time.

 

If the Tapo device is bound to your TP-Link account and you want your partner to have full access to all settings, you can share your TP-Link account with them if you trust them. After that, it's recommended to enable the 2FA feature on the Tapo app to protect your account.
