I am experiencing a recurring issue with my smart home setup using your Deco system. I have several smart electric switches from the Sonoff company, and while they initially connect to the Wi-Fi network without issue, some of them randomly disconnect after a period of time. After a day or more, they sometimes reconnect automatically.

To troubleshoot, I have:

  • Switched the Deco from Router Mode to Access Point Mode, but the issue persisted.

  • Created a dedicated IoT network, yet the problem still occurs.

  • Verified that all devices connected to my main ISP router work without any issues.

It’s important to note that not all Sonoff devices are affected—only some of them disconnect intermittently. This issue is impacting the reliability of my smart home environment.

I would appreciate your urgent support in diagnosing and resolving this issue.

Have you tried the suggestions shared here:

  • Wire one or more Sonos products to the router via Ethernet cables all the time. The wired speaker will broadcast a dedicated wireless SonosNet that your other Sonos products will use. 

 

Please also disable "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.
