Hi I'm new just had the camera today Tapo C210 l've googling and watching YouTube videos l've reset and rebooted the camera and the app and camera is all up to date !

I've got it and set it as continuous record and has been from 2.39 till 6.36 and hasn't done it since plenty cars go by people walking past not recording any clips since 3 hrs ago. I've reformed the SD card but that's fine reset camera deleted app and reinstalled I've checked settings making sure it's on continuous recording but as I said last play back was 6.36 ... I can live view and record no problem just no longer recording play back clips

Hi,
If you mean that the Tapo C210 camera does not record videos, even when set to record continuously, please confirm the following information.

 

  1. What's the camera's firmware and hardware version?

 

  2. What's the model number and capacity of the microSD card inserted into the camera? Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, then send me screenshots of both the Local Storage page and the Recording Schedule page. Please also check if the Local Recording option is enabled.

 

  3. Please go to the camera's Live View > Playback & Download > Playback > SD card page, then send us a picture showing that no video is stored after 6.36.
