Conversations are inaudible
Conversations either in real time or recorded in the tapo cloud are really hard to hear. It seems it was recorded inside an aquarium.
How to improve quality? I've adjusted the volume to 50% already.
It's a c100 v5 on firmware 1.2.4

You can try the following suggestions to check if they will help improve the camera's audio quality.
1. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker openings on the camera.
2. Confirm the microphone and speaker volume of the camera are set at a high level on our app.
3. Ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or near surfaces that may reflect sound.
4. Test the audio with your mobile device positioned away from the camera, preferably in a different room. The proximity between the phone and camera during a voice call can cause audio feedback.
If the camera has the same behavior, please confirm the following information.
1. Send me (@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. Send us a video showing the reported audio quality. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me via a private message.
