Hallo.
Habe mir eine neue Kamera angeschafft, aber sie schaltet automatisch auf Privatsphäre um und nimmt keine Bewegungen wahr. Selbe Kamera vor einem Jahr gekauft, wenn jemand vorbei geht, dann dreht sie sich nach. Diese jetzt nicht, obwohl die selben Einstellungen vorgenommen wurden.

1. If the camera's Privacy mode turns on or off automatically, please refer to the instructions below.
1) Go to the Tapo app > Cameras tab > Home Mode or Away Mode to check if your camera is included in these modes. If so, please check if your camera's privacy mode is enabled in these modes.
How to edit Home and Away Mode for Tapo Cameras on the Tapo app
If the camera's privacy mode is enabled in the Home/Away mode settings, tapping Home/Away mode on the Tapo app will apply the preset configurations to your camera and enable its Privacy Mode.
2) Go to the Tapo app > Smart tab > Automation page to check if there are entries to turn on or off the Privacy Mode of your camera. If so, you can disable these entries for a try.
How to create Smart Action (Automation or Shortcut) on Tapo app
2. If the camera does not track events, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page and confirm the following information.
1) What detection types are enabled and what are the corresponding sensitivity values?
2) Please ensure the Motion Tracking or Auto Tracking feature is enabled. Typically, if this feature is enabled, the camera will track the event after detecting it.
3) If the camera's Notification feature is enabled, please check if you can receive the detection notifications after the camera detects events.
