5GHZ won't show up on any Devices except my pc??

I’m facing an issue with my router’s 5GHz Wi-Fi. The 5GHz network doesn’t show up on any of my devices except my PC. I’ve already tried every setting in the Tether app, including changing channels, security settings, and channel widths, but the problem persists. The only time I can connect my phone to 5GHz is when I make a change to the Wi-Fi settings in the Tether app—then a pop-up appears allowing me to choose between 2.4GHz and 5GHz. However, once I turn my phone’s Wi-Fi off and back on, the 5GHz network disappears again. Interestingly, it works flawlessly on my PC. Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this issue? Thank you for your support!

Hello @Vergil443 ,
Welcome to our community.
Have you changed wireless name and channel settings before?
Please try the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Check the WI-FI lights; if they are off, press the WI-FI/WPS button on the back of the router for about 5- 10 seconds until the lights flash, then confirm whether the WI-FI can be detected when the lights are stable.
2. If WI-FI lights are on, open the Tether App, go to More > Wi-Fi Settings, and make sure the 2.4G/5G network is enabled and not hidden.
3. If you are only seeing the 2.4GHz network (TP-Link_XXXX), not the 5GHz network (TP-Link_XXXX_5G), please disable the "Smart Connect" feature.
4. Check whether all your devices can't see the TP-LINK WI-FI, if only certain devices, update the driver or system on your wireless client device.
5. Try another Router with your wireless devices for a comparison.

Hello@Vergil443 ,
Thank you for getting back to me.
Please change the wireless channel to another one. You may refer to Changing Channel and Channel Width on a TP-Link Router (new logo).
In addition, please change channel to avoid interference. For 5 GHz wireless client devices, adjust the 5GHz channel width to 80MHz or 40MHz, etc.
