Firmware update 240929 bug

Hello, there is a bug in the firmware update number 240929 of my VR600 v3 modem. After enabling IPv6 and saving, when I try to disable IPv6 again, when I press save, the modem freezes. No functions can be used. I cannot access the interface. I downgraded to the previous firmware version and did not experience that problem. May I know where you installed the firmware? Could you provide the link?

@Joseph-TP https://www.tp-link.com/tr/support/download/archer-vr600/#Firmware
Here is where I downloaded the firmware file. I downloaded the latest version, 240929, and updated it by adding the file to the browse section in the photo on the modem interface (the language is Turkish, please be informed). I downloaded the official firmware from the TP Link official website and installed it. I was experiencing the problem I mentioned, so I had to downgrade the software version to the previous version.

@Joseph-TP Hello, your software engineer saw the problem and tested it himself and sent me a firmware to try. I installed this on my modem and now I can't access the modem's interface at all. The https screen appears and I press the continue button, but it doesn't respond at all. I follow the instructions in the QR code, but I still can't access the modem's interface at all. I tried https://192.168.1.1 and reached the modem's login screen, but the screen is no different from the one shown. I enter the password and try to log in, but there's no response. I press the forgot my password option, but it still doesn't change at all. I tried to reset the modem to factory settings, hoping that it would fix it, but the problem wasn't solved. In addition, I can't access the internet because I can't access the interface. I learned that TP-Link modems have a recovery mode and I tried applying all the methods, but I can't get the modem into recovery mode. Could you please help me? I sent an email to your engineer, but he didn't respond.

@Joseph-TP I contacted TP Link Turkey and explained the situation. They created a record for the upper unit to contact me and said they would reach me by phone. Just so you know.

Hello@yunusabdi61 ,
I believe the engineer is still trying to identify the issue. If there is an update, I believe the engineer will get back to you promptly.

@Joseph-TP The engineer got back to me and told me to try a few methods I had already tried because of the increased security in this update. Then he told me to reset the modem. I told him that it had not been reset properly even though I had said I had reset it. I told him that I had repeated the reset process about 4-5 times and that the modem had been reset because my network settings were gone and I could not use the internet. I also stated that there was a problem with the firmware file because in the firmware file he sent me, the file name starts with vr600 v3, while when I checked the software version through the tether app after the update (yes, I can see things like the software version, but I cannot make any settings through the tether app either, the modem does not accept the settings and does not work), I saw that it started with vr600(eu)v1_datecore and I told the engineer this, but he either did not see what I wrote or ignored it.
