Hello, after every electricity outage in my area my C220 always turns and stop behind facing the wall. I need to manually align it again.

  @Hakuu

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported phenomenon.

  1. How do you manually align the camera's viewpoint? For example, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction in the Tapo app, pan & tilt the camera on the camera's Live View > Pan & Tilt page, or pan & tilt your camera with your hand?

  2. Did you pan & tilt the camera manually with your hand before it lost power?

  3. Please try to unplug the power cord to the camera, wait for two minutes, power it on, and check if the camera can pan & tilt automatically to the last viewpoint before it loses power.

Best Regards
