my Tapo TC65 will not update to firmware version 1.4.3 which is required to connect to Tapo Hub.
is there anything I can do?

Since the new firmware version (v1.4.3) for the TC65 V1 is being rolled out gradually, it's normal that some of the cameras can't detect the new firmware. We recommend being patient as the latest firmware will eventually be pushed to your TC65 V1.
