Tapi C420 stopped recording events after last update to v1.3.1

After the last update to the current firmware, one of the two C420 camera's has stopped recording motion. It works perfectly fine for live viewing, but just doesn't record any motion. I noticed that the LEDs do not change from green to red when motion occurs. The LEDs stay on solid green.

Hi,
It may be that the camera does not detect events, resulting in no videos being recorded. Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. On the problematic Tapo C420, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Detection page, and check what detection types are enabled and what the sensitivity value is. Please also check the wake-up sensitivity value.
2. Please go to the camera's Notification page and Alarm page to ensure these features are enabled, and send me the screenshots of these pages.
3. Please refer to the instructions below to check if the recording feature is configured correctly on the camera with an inserted SD card. If so, send me a screenshot of the Recording Schedule page.
How can I store the Tapo camera video recordings on a microSD card
4. When a motion occurs in front of the camera, will the camera alarm or send a notification?
Best Regards

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. Go to the camera's Live View page in the Tapo app, try to move in front of the camera, and check if you will receive a motion/person detected notification on your phone or the Tapo app > Home tab > Bell icon > your camera page.
2. Force close the Tapo app, wait for two minutes, then try to move in front of the camera and check if you will receive notifications on your phone or in the Tapo app.
3. If you have received detection notifications, please check if the corresponding video clips are recorded.
Best Regards
