Hi all 

The C530WS is not showing the 30FPS options, only showing up to 25FPS. According to the website product specifications it should support up to 30FPS. 

 

The C530WS has got micro SD inserted and hardwired back to the network. 

 

I have also checked my other tapo cameras they are going up to 25FPS only when it's capable of 30FPS.

HV: 1.0

 

Version:1.3.1 Build 250228 Rel.67905n

 

The C220 are connected over wi-fi and is sending the video to the hub H200 for storage. Hub is wired to the network.

Hi,
On the camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings > Powerline Frequency page, please select 60Hz. Then, on the Video & Display > Frame Rate page, you can see the 30 fps option.

Hi,
