Playback of recordings from H500 on Mobile network

Hi,
Got Two H200 hubs and everything works aboslutely fine, recording, playback no issues over WiFi and Mobile Network
H500 hub, playback of the recordings over WiFGi work fine but over mobile network says 'The network is unstable. Please try again'.
Tried to put H500 outside routers firewall, no change here, even with all ports open and Hub excluded from firwall, same result.
What is the problem here?
Thanks for support

We may need to consider whether it is a remote control failure case. What color is the status LED on your Tapo H500? Can you control other features of the H500 on a mobile network?

@Wayne-TP First of all, thank you for coming back to me.
All 3 LED's are green. Rest of the functions work on H500 over the Mobile network. I can change settings, start and stop privacy mode to all cameras. Trigger the ring. Just Video playback doesn't work.
What could be done to resolve this issue?
Thanks
Peter

Do you use a hard drive? What's its model? Try to reinstall and format the hard drive, see if this helps.
*Power off H500 before removing the hard drive.
*Backup important videos before formatting the hard drive.

I will be very honest, that doesn't make any sense at all, well, it didn’t.
Answering your question, Yes, I use HDD. The HDD I was using was Toshiba 1Tb MQ1ABD100, tested with no errors, formatted, fully working.
Luckily I have a bunch of hard drives to test as I build a lot of PC’s and have some stash of HDD’s including 2.5” ones. All drives are tested and perfectly fine with no errors or damaged clusters.
I tried HGST 1TB HTS541010A9E680, same story here.
Then Seagate 1TB ST1000LM035, same here,
Tried couple Samsung SSD’s 1TB and 500Gb, same again
Then 2TB HDD’s and SSD’s, then finally 4TB HDD and WD RED 4TB SSD drive - nothing
I tired again and again. Like I said, doesn’t make any sense at all until…
I tried quite old, a bit used but still perfect condition Samsung 1TB ST1000LM024, and I can access videos from Mobile network, tried from 3 different phones all working.
Forgive me saying, there is something to do with H500 firmware, this shouldn’t be the thing. I’m quite advanced when it comes to tech, I can only imagine what happens if someone less understanding tries to use this miracle.
I will be observing the this behavior for next week and if itr works, I'll be using that particular Hard Drive and hoping that it never dies and i don't have to replace it ^^
I’m still battling Time or Day time saving with TAPO cameras, it is 1h behind whatever I do. I set them up with correct time zones and it is correct for a bit but then it changes, frustration continues 😊

Tapo H500 has an upcoming firmware that might be helpful for you case. If you would like to try it out, send me a private message with the Mac address of your hub.

Thanks for coming back to me..
Currently i have no problem to access files and seems that other functions are fully working (except timezone/daylight saving)
I would love to try something new out but i need that thing running all the time currently as i gave up other NVR's in my system, so i will wait for firmware release.
If would try out the upcoming firmware, would there be a way to dump and save current one to revert back in case of malfunction?
Thanks

Firmware downgrade is not supported. The firmware is an official version, the release is expected to be soon.
