Poor audio quality C220 (and 2 x C211)
I recently switch to Tapo cameras in my house and have been impressed by the ease of setup and video quality. But the audio quality is terrible. Can't understand a conversation between two people in the same room with no background noise at all. I'm at the point of returning all 3 cameras if this cant be resolved. Similar issue on C211 cameras, but I've done less testing with them. Focused on the C220 for now.

Hi,
You can try the following troubleshooting tips and check if they are helpful.
1. Make sure that there are no obstructions covering the microphone and speaker openings on the camera.
2. Confirm that the microphone and speaker volume of the camera are set at a high level on our app.
3. Ensure the camera is positioned to allow clear and unobstructed sound reception. Avoid placing it in enclosed spaces or near surfaces that may reflect sound.
4. Test the audio with your mobile device positioned away from the camera, preferably in a different room. The proximity between the phone and camera during a voice call can cause audio feedback.
If the camera's audio quality remains unchanged, please send me a video showing the reported phenomenon. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
Btw, we recommend removing the camera's MAC address from this thread.
Best Regards
