Camera rotation blocked
Camera rotation is blocked. When I pan the camera to the left, it locks and won't move back. Manual rotation works without issues.

Please check if the steps below will be helpful.
1. Go to the camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt page, tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button to reset the camera to default, then check if you can pan or tilt the camera in the Tapo app.
2. Reboot your camera, and then check if the pan & tilt feature works.
