Model: Tapo D230S1   Tapo C210
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I recently bought the c210 camera and a d230s1 doorbell camera which came with the h200 hub. I have linked the devices to the hub and I have linked the hub to my apple home. however, the problem that I have is that the devices are not showing on my apple home app even though I have already linked everything successfully, is there any way to fix this?

Technically, Tapo C210 isn't a sub-device of the Tapo H200 hub. The new feature only gives the camera the ability to save videos to the hub and supports WiFi backup, but it doesn't make it a Tapo SubGHz device, Tapo C210 is still a WiFi camera that connects to the router.

As for the D230 doorbell, it cannot be synced to Matter platforms because the Matter protocol doesn't support cameras.
