Some app not support . Some time conection again disconnected.

For your case, here are some suggestions that may help you:

  • Disconnect the router and connect your old router back to the ISP modem for comparison.
  • Ensure that no VPN or network proxy is enabled on the phone.
  • Change the DNS server to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, go to MORE > Internet Connection. After updating the DNS server, reconnect your device to the router network to ensure the new DNS settings take effect.
  • Check the Parental Control settings, including content filtering and website blocking.
