Phenomenon Description：

Recently, several users reported that the 6GHz WIFi can't be enabled on the Deco. The 6GHz band is greyed out, and when trying to enable it on the Deco APP, it reported an error "Failed. Please try again later".

 

 

Available Solution:

An official version will be released later to fix it. If you happen to run into a similar issue, please install the following version first:

Deco XE70/XE75 Pro V2&V3 1.2.14_build_20250818_Beta

  @David-TP  does this work for XE75 (non pro) version? Any big updates this calendar year? XE75 is also feeling neglected.

Have you updated the Deco BE65_V2 to the 1.2.0 version? I think the 1.2.0 version has also fixed this issue.
