Can’t download clip. Phone not on same network as the camera. But it is.
As the title says. I can't download the playback. I'm on the same network as the camera but keep get the medsage saying "Can't download clip. Phone is not on the same network as the Tapo unit".
This worked until like 1-2 months ago.
any ideas?
