Tapo Hub H200 constant red light
I am unable to do a hard or soft reset of my H200 hub. Pressing the reset button for any number of seconds doesn't trigger a reset - light stays constantly red. I've unplugged the unit multiple times.
I don't have a microSD card in the slot and both the camera (D230S1j and hub are disconnected from the Tapo app. Camera is ready to pair (flashing red / green).
help!

Is the hub still wired to the router? In this case, the LED might be amber rather than red. Solid amber indicates that the hub is connected to the router and is ready for configuration.
If the led is indeed red, since it does not respond to reset, this device might need to be replaced. For warranty assistance, contact the retailer or local TP-Link support.

I've tried resetting the Hub both when it was connected as well as disconnected from the router via an ethernet cable. I've also reset my camera and it's flashing amber + green and the amber on the camera looks very different than the red on the hub so I'm going to assume the hub is faulty.
