hello new to tp-link

 

today everything was ok with the router and i updated to the new version and works.

the problem is when i login on the pc to change a few setting the page to sign in wont show any letters to login and blank ! when i do type the password and push enter with nothing showing push enter it opens but i cant see anything on screen!!

 

 

i tried resetting and two other search engines but the same problem cant see anything.

 

any help welcome

I'm happy to inform you that the official version for Archer AX53(EU) V1 has been released publicly. You can check for updates via the router's web interface or through the Tether App to install the latest version manually.

May I know what the model number of your device is? Please refer to How to find the model number of your TP-Link device.

Please also tell me the firmware version of your router: How to find the hardware and firmware version of my TP-Link device.
