I purchased four Tapo C210s, and all four occasionally go offline, meaning I can't see the camera anymore. I can't reboot unless I'm home, which makes the system useless.
What can I do?
Can you help me?

Hi,
If rebooting the camera will restore the connection, you can enable the Auto Reboot feature on the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page and check if it helps.

 

For the offline behavior, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
  1. If four cameras go offline, the problem may be related to the network environment. What's the model number of your router? Are the cameras connected to the router's Wi-Fi directly rather than an AP/RE? Please describe your network diagram in detail.


  2. How often does the offline behavior occur, such as X times a day/week?


  3. Are the four cameras going offline simultaneously? How about the LED status on them when they are offline?


  4. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page and tap the Wi-Fi icon to see the RSSI value.
