Model: Tapo C100
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.16 Build 24097

Hi,

I am using several C100s for recording to a third party NVR.

I have previously configured them using Settings > Advanced Settings > Camera Account.

But that option is now missing on my camera, I just see:

Powerline Frequency

Diagnostics

Has Camera Account been removed during a recent firmware update? Is there any other way to enable ONVIF RTSP streaming on these cameras now?

Thanks,

James

  @JamesPickle

Hi,
The Camera Account option is still available on the Tapo camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings page. However, please note that the battery-powered cameras do not support the RTSP/Onvif protocols, and the Camera Account option is not available.
If you can't see the Camera Account option on the Advanced Settings page, please check if your camera is battery-powered, rather than the Tapo C100.
Best Regards
