Archer mr 600 did not boot up
To enable my Jio 5G SIM, I recently installed beta firmware on my TP-Link router. Yesterday, I tried to update the stable version of the software through the Tether app via the system update. After some time, my device got stuck on the power LED, which sometimes blinks and other times stays steady. The Wi-Fi did not turn on. What should I do now? Is it possible to recover the router?

Hi, may I know how long you have had the Archer MR600_V2?
If you factory reset MR600 once, will the WiFi LED turn on later?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

I have had the Archer MR600_V2 for nearly three years, and it is in excellent condition. If I perform the factory reset using the reset button, nothing happens, and no Wi-Fi LED turns on. The power LED is always on; sometimes it is steady, and sometimes it is blinking. I also tried to connect to a PC via an Ethernet cable, but nothing appeared on the PC.
I recently installed the beta software available at this link to work with my Jio 5G SIM. It was working properly, but when I decided to revert to the stable version, I proceeded with the system update. After that, my device wouldn't start anymore; only the power LED turns on, and nothing else happens—no other LEDs light up.

Thanks for the update.
Can you access its web admin UI if the laptop is connected to Archer MR600_V2 via an Ethernet cable?
If yes, what is the current firmware of the MR600, the 1.7.0_build20230801_Beta or the official "1.8.0_build20240716"?
If not, it is very likely that the router might be bricked, and it's time to purchase a new router.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

@David-TP I am unable to access the web admin interface using an Ethernet cable. The laptop's Ethernet is unable to detect the router.

Thanks for the update. In this way, I think you might consider purchasing a new 4G/5G router .
Best regards.
