PAN/Tilt Issue
Recently my C530Ws is having issue that it's only aligning at the top view, so when I like change the camera's view to see down, the motor automatically rotates to top again. I tried rebooting the camera also and did pan and correction also, but still the same issue. Please help.

Hi,
If the camera pans & tilts to a specific position automatically, please go to the Tapo app > Smart tab to check if there are any Shortcut or Automation entries related to the Pan & Tilt feature. If so, disable or remove these entries for a try.
If the same behavior persists, please provide the following information.
1. Send me the camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. Send us a video showing the reported behavior. You can upload the video to your cloud server (such as Google Drive), generate a download link, and send it to me (@Solla-topee) via a private message.
