C530ws
Hi , I have two C530ws cameras, both working fine, one has green led and the other one has a solid red led I have reset it numerous times but it still shows a red led but works fine, why ???

Please confirm the following information about the Tapo C530WS with a solid red light.
1. You mentioned that you have reset this camera numerous times. When you press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds, is the LED on the camera flashing red and green then? Or does the camera not respond to the reset operation?
2. Please double-check if the LED is solid red or solid amber.
3. Please turn off Wi-Fi on your phone and use mobile data only, then check if you can still control the two cameras in the Tapo app. Does the camera with red light display an offline state in the Tapo app?
