Hi,
If you want to factory reset the camera to connect it to a new Wi-Fi router, please try the following steps.
1. Turn off your camera, remove the SD card from it, turn it back on with the original power adapter and cord.
2. Press and hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it. If the LED turns flashing red and green, try configuring the camera in the Tapo app.
3. If the camera does not respond to the reset operation, you may contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
