Hello,
In short, I get false positive detections even with sensibility levels set a the minimum (persons).
I understand it can't be perfect day 1.
The issue is that no ticket submitted via email seems to ever reach someone at the support. Tapo Care Subscription or not doesn't even matter. No support is provided for this type of issue.
I just would like to submit my video extracts when it happens so that they can work on it and maybe get some improvements in a year or so, in the meantime I got workarounds in place.
